Anti-Virus, Backup and
Email Security That Works
Anti-Virus · Backup for Microsoft 365 · Email Scanning · Security Awareness Training
Protect your business from cyber attacks and data loss with anti-virus, Microsoft 365 backup, email scanning and staff security awareness training, delivered with Hornetsecurity and Sophos and supported by our UK-based team.
Five layers of protection, working together
Business security isn’t one product, it’s several working in concert. Here’s how anti-virus, email scanning, backup, staff training and compliance support fit together to protect your business.
Attackers don’t clock off when you do
Nights, weekends and holidays aren’t downtime for attackers, they’re opportunity. With fewer people watching, a breach can sit undetected for hours before anyone notices something is wrong. Protection that only works while someone’s at their desk isn’t protection at all.

Book a free security reviewMost attacks still start with a single email
Email remains the most common way cyber criminals get into a business. Every message in and out of your organisation is checked before it reaches an inbox, catching malware, spam and malicious links that would otherwise slip through.
- Every inbound and outbound message scanned in real time
- Malicious links and attachments blocked before delivery
- Spam and phishing attempts filtered without slowing down legitimate email
- Reduces the volume of suspicious email your team has to judge for themselves
Microsoft 365 doesn’t back itself up
It’s a common assumption that Microsoft looks after data protection for you. It doesn’t. Deleted emails, overwritten files and Teams conversations lost to human error, ransomware or a sync mistake are your responsibility to recover, and once they’re gone from Microsoft’s own retention window, they’re gone for good unless you have a separate backup in place.
Backups are encrypted and immutable, meaning they can’t be altered or deleted by anyone outside your organisation, and deletion changes require a second administrator’s approval, so a single compromised login can’t wipe your safety net.
Your strongest defence is a trained team
Technical controls catch most threats, but the ones that get through usually rely on a person clicking, replying or trusting something they shouldn’t. Regular, practical training closes that gap, so staff recognise and report suspicious activity instead of falling for it.
- Short, regular training rather than a single annual session
- Simulated phishing tests to measure real-world readiness
- Covers phishing, vishing, password hygiene and safe data handling
- Reporting made simple, so staff flag concerns instead of ignoring them
AI hasn’t just changed the workplace, it’s changed the attacks
Phishing emails used to be easy to spot, clumsy wording, obvious spoofed addresses, poor formatting. AI has closed that gap. Attacks are now more convincing, more personalised, and harder for even trained staff to catch on sight alone.
